I’m Lonnie Stuckey, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and rediscover their sense of purpose. With over a decade of experience in both clinical and vocational counseling settings, I’ve supported people through recovery, trauma, career transitions, and mental health challenges using evidence-based approaches like EMDR, CBT for Substance Use Disorders, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My background includes working with Veterans, individuals experiencing crisis, and those on the journey of healing from substance use and trauma. I believe in meeting each person where they are, creating a space that is both compassionate and empowering.
